How to use the machines
Step 1 : Load clothes in washer/ dryer and close the door. Note the machine number.
Step 2: Add detergent to washer.
Step 3: Pay at the Pay Station or scan QR code on the machine. Follow the prompts.
Step 4: Select the washing/ drying cycle on the machine.
Step 5: Push the START button.
Step 6: Unload clothes from washer/ dryer once the cycle is finished.
Useful tips for a better wash and dry:
1. Check that pockets are empty before loading clothes in the machine.
2. Check machines before use to ensure no item from previous user have been left behind.
3. Do not overload the machines. Your clothes need space to move for a better clean.
4. Do not use too much soap. Overfilling the washer with detergent, bleach, or fabric softener can severely damage the machine. Also, if you leave behind soap residue or bleach, it could damage the next person’s clothes.
5. To achieve the quickest drying time possible, ensure there is good air circulation around your clothes. It’s important that they have enough space to tumble freely.
If you have a large load of laundry to dry, consider using multiple machines instead of packing everything into one. This can save you both time and money.
6. Follow care label instructions on clothes.
7. Sort and wash clothes by colour and fabric type to prevent damage.
Terms and Conditions
By using our machines, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. You are responsible for your own washing. We are not responsible for any damage to items from the use of our machines.
2. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of your items when left unattended in our premises. We are happy to assist with a review where possible.
3. Before using the washer/dryer, please check that it is empty. We are not responsible for any damage caused by remaining items or residue left by the previous user.
4. Please be around to remove your items from the machine when your cycle has finished. Other customers are allowed to remove your items from our machines and place them in one of our dedicated Luna’s Laundromat green and pink tubs to free up machines for use.
5. We expect all customers to treat fellow patrons, their belongings, our property and our machines with respect. We reserve the right to remove individuals from the premises if their behavior is deemed unacceptable.

Frequently Asked Questions for Wash, Dry, Fold Service
All your laundry items are washed together in a single machine load. If you prefer items to be washed separately (e.g., darks and lights separately), please sort items to be washed in separate bags before pick up and advise at time of booking. There will be an additional charge of $10 for using two washing machines. We are not responsible for any changes in color or size of your laundry for items washed together.
By choosing to use our wash, dry, and fold service, you agree that all laundry items submitted are suitable for machine washing and tumble drying. We are not responsible for any damage to items that are not compatible with this type of laundry process. You can give us a ring and inform us of which item to exclude from the wash, and we can let you know if the washing load has already been processed or not.
Our detergent has stain removal properties, however if there are specific stains you would wish for us to treat, please let us know and we can try our best.
Yes, please let us know at the time of booking. Have your preferred detergent ready for collection at the time of laundry pick-up, and we can use this for your clothes.
We offer a next day delivery service. A same day delivery service is also available for an additional $10 fee.
